Annual Meeting Information

Our Annual Association meeting will take place: TBD

We will keep the meeting brief and will follow the agenda. We will need a vote from each household on the
issues at hand either in person, online, or via proxy. ***We need a vote from every household***

Proxy: If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete and return the proxy form available at WyndhamSouthHOA.com. Proxy forms should be emailed to wyndhamsouthhoa@gmail.com. Homeowner’s failure to attend the Annual Meeting or supply a designated agent via proxy will automatically assign their proxy vote to the Board of Directors in order to reach a quorum.

Re-elect or elect new Directors.

President and vice president will be determined after board members are voted on at the annual meeting

ARC and Pool Committee members needed.
